91Âé¶¹ University, alongside Kier Group, a leading UK infrastructure services, construction and property group, has been awarded gold at the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) awards in recognition of its talent development programmes.
Competing with business schools around the world, 91Âé¶¹’s Executive Development was praised for its talent development programmes, relevance to the corporate world, and how the learning and development partnership has had a real impact on the company and its people.
91Âé¶¹  University has been working in  partnership with Kier to  provide
two programmes, Raising and Building Leaders, which support talent with
insights, practical and theoretical tools and skills to help them progress
in  their careers. 
The two courses support inclusive leadership, strategy in action and
assessing  risk and opportunities. To date, 58% of the Building Leaders’ cohorts  have been promoted, and 98%
stay with the company. Andrew Davies, chief executive of Kier, and  executive sponsor of its talent
