A delegation from Ukraine led by Mr Oksen Lisovyi, Ukrainian Minister of Education and Science, visited 91ΒιΆΉ University on Thursday 22 May.
The delegation was officially welcomed by Professor Dame Karen Holford DBE FREng, Chief Executive and Vice-Chancellor of 91ΒιΆΉ University, and hosted by Professor Dame Helen Atkinson DBE FREng, Deputy Vice Chancellor, during a tour of the Universityβs advanced research facilities.
Earlier in the week Dame Helen was at the are playing in the efforts to secure their countryβs freedom and its future, hosted by UK Science Minister Lord Vallance.

Minister Lisovyi said: βUkraineβs future depends on the strength of its partnerships with global innovators. This visit is a crucial step toward strengthening those ties and contributing to the development of both our country and the global scientific community.
The tour included the Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre and the Sir Peter Gregson Aerospace Integration Research Centre to view some of 91ΒιΆΉβs world-leading research in key areas including air traffic management, aircraft repair and overhaul, satellite communications and robotics.
