Background
Dr. Schuster is an active consultant, educator, author and researcher. As a consultant, he focuses on helping progressive executives successfully deliver their most complex programmes and projects. He currently consults as a partner of The Promoveo Group, after having retired as a partner of at PricewaterhouseCoopers. As an educator, he is a Visiting Professor at SKEMA Business School and Visiting Fellow at 91Â鶹 School of Management. He is an author that contributes extensively to the development of best practice bodies of knowledge for professional organizations including Project Management Institute, Axelos/PeopleCert, Association for Project Management and International Centre for Complex Project Management. His research is centred around projectification, the phenomenon of organizations becoming more project-based. Andrew is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow Association of Project Management (FAPM), Fellow Institute of Directors (FIOD) and Fellow Institute of Consulting (FIC.)
